On March 25, 2025, the Association of Persons with Disabilities Belgrade organized the Final Conference of the "Breaking the Cycle: Empowered" program, which was supported by the Secretariat for Social Protection of Belgrade.
At the conference, the results of the program and the benefits it provided to persons with disabilities were presented to the public.
The project was presented by the president of the association, Gordana Pušara.

And the speakers at the conference were Biljana Rakić, Assistant Minister for Family Care and Demography, who presented the work of the Ministry of Family Care and Demography (MBPDD).
Sanja Atanasković Opačić, representing the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue – Sector for International Cooperation and European Integration, who presented the EU Programme Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values.
Nikola Radojlović, representing the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue (MLJMPDD), Sector for Anti-Discrimination Policy and Promotion of Equality.
Srđan Andrijanić, representative of the National Employment Service, presented the Support Program for the Employment of Persons with Disabilities.
The conference was also attended by representatives of CSOs (Civil Society Organizations), employers, representatives of local government (GO), local self-governments (GU), RAREI, and persons with disabilities.
The panel discussion was interactive, and the conclusion was reached that efforts must be made to provide more support and increase employment opportunities for persons with disabilities.
